How It Works
Firstly, contact the Booming Builders team to check which lots are still available and discuss your options. Exterior materials, colours and landscaping are preselected and approved. Internal design, colour and kitchen unit layout can be chosen by the buyer.
Booming Builders will look after you every step of the way,
starting from architect design, building consent, construction, liaison with suppliers, to obtaining CCC (Code Compliance Certificate ). All homes built will comply with 6-Homestar healthy homes standards.
All houses are fully landscaped, including grass seed, fencing, and hedging and trees as per design guidelines.
